My favorite hobby is drawing & painting. Having been passionate about drawing and painting since childhood, I find that it works in perfect harmony with my regular schedule. It has enabled me to blend my talent with my imaginations and innermost feelings. Besides, this activity has been the most suitable stress buster, relieving me of my stress and refreshing me to take up challenges with an inexhaustible fund of energy. Different colors in painting make me feel happy and inspire me to add different colors to life. I keep experimenting with different genres of painting like fusing the traditional (like Warali Paintings) with the modern enabling a smooth connectivity between traditional art and modern art. This fusion is helping me expose the posterity to tradition and help conserve culture, while enabling me to change with the changing times. Additionally, it has provided me with a medium to highlight social issues.
In order to bring the best out of me and to do something new in this area I have pursued a formal training in drawing and painting. I have earned Level I and Level II drawing certificates from the Government of Maharashtra- India. I continue to practice drawing and painting religiously. This section highlights few of my noteworthy paintings.
